現階段Oracle Cloud有釋出優惠活動，
申請帳號後的1個月內，有$300的金額能夠在上面申請並使用服務。
依照網站上提供資訊進行申請，一共分有四個步驟。
1. Start at the Oracle Cloud website
- Go to the Oracle Cloud website (cloud.oracle.com).
- 「Try for Free」and then click 「Create a Free Account」

2. Sign up for the free promotion
- Enter an account name, select a data region, and specify your contact information.
- Verify your identity with your mobile number and a verification code.
- Enter your credit card details.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click Complete. Wait for a Welcome email.
離台灣最近的為Japan，在APAC地帶。
這邊要注意Account Name 是之後用來作平台頁導引用的。
而 E-mail 才是用來作為登入的帳號。
輸入手機號碼。電話驗證
輸入信用卡資訊
輸入帳單資訊
輸入完信用卡號後。下方就可以勾選並點選Complete完成。
完成註冊
有說到再15分鐘內，會寄信給你完成驗證。

3. Sign in to Oracle Cloud
- In the welcome email, click Get Started with Oracle Cloud.
- Sign in with the username and password that was provided in the email.
You'll be prompted to change your temporary password.
You're then directed to the Get Started with Oracle Cloud page, also known as the Guided Journey.
結果最後是等了半天，Oracle（北京）原廠打電話過來確認。
信用卡的銀行以及個人資訊。(會詢問是否為個人OR公司)
再確認完成後再開啟測試。

信件最下方會有你的Oracle ID / 使用到期時間 / Custom Account / Clound Account資訊。
登入啟用&修改密碼

UserName 方面輸入你申請的E-mail帳號。
密碼則先使用信件提供給你的亂數密碼。
第一次登入後需要修改密碼，把亂數密碼改掉。
需要完全符合規則才讓你修改。
密碼修改完成後。就可以開始測試雲端平台。
4. Get familiar with your account
- Click one of the tiles on the Guided Journey.
For example, click Develop.
The system prompts you with some questions, and guides you to some suggested Cloud services, videos, and tutorials.
The Dashboard is your starting point for all your Oracle Cloud Account management actions.
- You'll receive another email after all services are provisioned and ready to use.
A few services that are provisioned may require additional sign-in credentials, which you can find in the email.
You're done!
接著就是後續的使用者操作。

這邊要提醒的是，之後要再登入Oracle Cloud 的話。

這裡要輸入的是註冊時用的Account Name，這個Account Name是對應到你的平台。
到這邊才是輸入你的Username(E-mail) / 密碼的地方。
這邊不要被名稱搞混了。

-免費點數的使用期限有多久？
您必須在註冊 Oracle Cloud 免費推廣活動後的 30 天內用完所有免費點數。30 天推廣期間結束之後，未使用完的點數將自動過期。
-免費點數用完或過期後會如何？
當您的 Oracle Cloud 免費推廣點數用完，或到達 30 天後截止日期 (兩者取其先)，您的免費 Oracle Cloud 帳戶將會過期。在推廣到期日之後的 7 天寬限期內，若您選擇將推廣帳戶升級為付費帳戶，即可繼續使用 Oracle Cloud Services。
-如何終止我的 Oracle Cloud 免費推廣活動？
當您的 Oracle Cloud 免費推廣點數用完，或活動截止的 7 天之後 (兩者取其先)，您的帳戶將會自動失效，您的資料也會隨之刪除。Oracle Cloud 免費推廣活動結束時，您不需要採取任何行動。
-註冊 Oracle Cloud 免費推廣活動時，為何需要提供付款資訊？
Oracle 為了將免費的推廣帳戶提供給重要客戶，必須確認帳戶持有者確有其人。您的電子郵件地址、電話號碼和信用卡/金融轉帳卡號碼將用於設定帳戶及驗證身分。美國地區的推廣帳戶使用者，可能會在您的帳單上看到 $1 美元的暫時費用。而其他國家/地區的使用者，將會在帳單上看到以當地幣別計算的類似費用。這是驗證預扣款，系統通常會在 3 至 5 天內自動移除這筆款項。
推廣到期時，若您選擇將推廣帳戶升級為付費帳戶，即可繼續使用 Oracle Cloud Services。您可以在 Oracle Cloud「我的服務」儀表板的「帳戶管理」區段，變更您的付款方式。
